Your First Visit
When you come into Somerset Dental Arts, you will be greeted right off the bat by Nicole, who will speed you through new patient registration. After a brief introduction and walk through our dental office, you will be settling into the dental chair, ready to begin on your journey to gentle, effective dental care.
First, we’ll thoroughly discuss any concerns you have about your oral health. After a thorough cleaning, Dr. DiGrazia will examine your smile and look at any x-rays we’ve taken. You’ll leave with a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve the healthy, radiant smile of your dreams!
New Patients
Take a few moments to fill out our new patient forms, and your first visit to our dental office will be even easier. Tell us about your health history in full, and learn about our financial information (including which insurances we accept) so you’re prepared on the day of your appointment.
Existing Patients
Before your next first visit, please take a few moments to download and complete our additional patient forms. With recent events, there are some new forms that need to be completed for existing patients.

Even if we do not accept your dental insurance, we will still file, process, and follow-up on all claims, so you don’t have to. Our staff works to stay up-to-date on the frequently changing world of dental insurance, so feel free to call us to discuss the details of your plan at any time.

We offer our own in-house dental membership plans for every member of the family.
